For December 2009, these are my totals. Keep in mind, I put nearly all my focus on Leapforce, so I didn't make much with other programs.

5. iRazoo: $10 (I missed a bunch of days due to traveling, etc.)

10. PrizeLive: $22.18 (Missed pretty much the last half of the month on this one)

I might have missed something. Last month was really hectic and pretty much a blur. Hopefully this month I will have a lot more useful updates now that I'm home again and getting back in the swing of things.
